SaaS is fully self-serve, from sign-up to production in 1–2 weeks.

1 · Register an Organization

  1. Visit https://app.evose.ai
  2. Sign up with email and verify
  3. Create the Organization
  4. The system auto-creates a default Workspace

2 · Configure Organization Info

Org management → Organization info:

  • Company name / Logo / brand color
  • Contact info
  • Email domain restriction (strongly recommended): only your domain can join

SSO integration

Supported: LDAP / AD (planned) / OAuth (supported) / SAML (planned). Currently OAuth + email run side by side.

4 · Invite Members

Members & departments:

  • Bulk direct add (recommended for centralized IT management)
  • Link invite (good for an internal wiki)
  • Email invite

5 · Configure Default Models

Default model configuration: the platform pre-sets mainstream model defaults. Override here if you need a specific vendor or model.

6 · Configure Budgets and Alerts (planned)

Future support for:

  • Monthly Credit budgets
  • 80% / 100% alerts
  • Auto-pause on overrun

For now, monitor manually in Observability.
