Invite to the Organization

Top-right Invite Members:

MethodFlow
Link inviteGenerate a link → recipient signs up → pending review → admin approves
Email inviteEnter email and send → recipient clicks → signs up → pending review
Direct add (admin)Email + department + role → immediately Active (bulk onboarding)

Email domain restriction

If organization info configures an email domain, only sign-ups with that domain are auto-attributed to the organization.

Invite to a Workspace

Joining the org ≠ joining every workspace. Two paths to a specific workspace:

  1. Workspace admin: add members inside the workspace
  2. Org admin: bulk invite to a specific workspace from Layer 3

Offboarding Flow

1. Trigger offboarding
   - Manual: admin More → Offboard
   - Automatic: HR system syncs via API (planned)
2. Status switches to "Offboarded"
3. All workspace access for that member is frozen immediately
4. Resource ownership is transferred (by admin / via in-workspace transfer)
5. Audit logs retained

Can offboarding be undone?

The "Offboarded" state can be re-enabled. "Delete" is irreversible — use with care.
