Organization Info

Org-level metadata. Affects UI display, invitation emails, and sign-up policies.

Configuration

Name	Shown in the UI top bar, invitation emails, report titles
Logo / brand color	Theme adaptation; inherited by custom clients
Contact info	Admin / CS / emergency contact phones
Address / business info	Required for SaaS billing invoices / contracts
Domain / email domain	Restrict sign-up to specified domains

Email Domain Restriction

When enabled, only *@yourdomain.com sign-ups are auto-attributed to the organization. Other-domain sign-ups are unaffected but won't enter the org directory.

alice@evoseai.com signs up → auto-joins the org (pending review)
bob@gmail.com    signs up → personal account, not in the org

Brand Color and Theme

Once set, the accent color in Workbench / Mobile / Desktop client follows. The Logo is shown in:

The top navigation bar
Invitation emails
The browser tab favicon (Private deployment can replace it entirely)

Who Can Edit

Only org admins. Regular members see a read-only view.
