Evose Privacy Policy
Updated on: April 29, 2026
Evose ("we", "us", or "our") understands the importance of your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you visit Evose.ai and use our AI agent collaboration platform.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, password, and payment information.
- Input & Configuration Data: Your conversation history with AI agents, prompts, and workflow configuration instructions.
- Knowledge Base Data: Files, texts, code snippets, or business data that you actively upload to the Evose platform for AI agents to learn from and analyze.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically:
- System & Observability Data: AI agent execution logs, API call frequencies, tool response times, and agent decision paths.
- Telemetry Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and basic interaction logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
We collect data solely for the following core purposes, and we will NEVER sell any of your data:
- To run your AI agents and execute your configured workflows.
- To optimize the platform's underlying routing engine using anonymized and aggregated Observability Data.
- To provide customer support, diagnose technical issues, and process billing.
- To prevent system abuse (such as malicious scraping or infinite loop attacks) and ensure platform security.
3. Data Sharing & AI Model Providers
As an AI collaboration platform, we rely on advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to process tasks:
- Model Provider Transmission: When executing tasks, your necessary instructions and retrieved Knowledge Base snippets are securely transmitted to industry-leading underlying base model providers via encrypted APIs.
- [Enterprise Privacy Commitment]: We have established strict enterprise data privacy agreements with all partnered LLM providers. Your conversations on Evose, uploaded Knowledge Base files, and agent logs will NEVER be used by third-party model providers to train their public foundation models.
4. Does Evose Train Models on Your Data?
By default, Evose absolutely DOES NOT use your personal information, private enterprise Knowledge Base data, or conversation logs to train our platform's foundational AI models. Your private business data is used exclusively to provide you with your current workflow responses.
5. Data Storage and Security
- We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure providers to securely host your data.
- All data is protected by high-level encryption both in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
- We enforce strict internal access control principles. Employees cannot access your private Workspaces or Knowledge Base files unless you actively authorize access for customer support troubleshooting.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- You can actively delete your Knowledge Base files, agent configurations, or conversation records at any time within the platform. This data will be immediately removed from the user interface and permanently erased from our underlying systems shortly thereafter.
- When you terminate your account, all business data associated with you will be permanently deleted (except for anonymized transaction records required by law).
7. Your Rights
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to:
- Access and export a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request the correction of inaccurate data.
