The Library is a cross-user content accumulation space. Capture great conversation snippets so they're visible and learnable across the organization.
Core Actions

Sharing Flow
- On a Task chat page, select the message(s) to share
- Click Share → Library
- Configure visibility:
- Team only (this workspace)
- Entire organization
- Specific members / roles / departments
- Add title + description + tags
- Publish
Browse and Sort

Delete Permissions
- The creator can delete what they shared
- The org admin can delete any share (for content governance)
Cross-Workspace
The Library is organization-level and does not belong to a single workspace. This means:
- The CS team's great conversation can also be seen by the Marketing team
- Provided the share has "Entire organization" ticked, or the other party is in scope
Auditing
Share / like / comment / delete actions in the Library all enter the organization-level audit log, suitable for compliance scenarios.
